Using the Gold Standard Registry
Gold Standard Project Lists
To view lists of all registered Gold Standard VER and CER projects, and projects with issued carbon credits, go to the Public Records section of the Registry.
REGISTRY HISTORY
Initially the Gold Standard secretariat maintained an informal Project Registry for voluntary projects. Since March 2008, the Gold Standard Registry and Project Administration System for voluntary projects has been hosted by APX Inc.- an independent market infrastructure provider. The Gold Standard Registry also lists CDM and JI Gold Standard projects.

Functions of the Registry
To maintain accounts for all project developers wishing to register with the Gold Standard
On the project account pages developers upload documents, read reviewers’ comments and introduce required revisions during the design and validation stage. Designated Operational Entities (DOEs) establish separate accounts for each project, where they upload their validation and verification reports.
To provide a restricted-access section for project developers and GS management
In this section design documentation and validation and verification reports that are still under review can be commented by Gold Standard management, and revisions and responses can be provided by the project developer before public release.
To provide an open-access section for all interested users
Any interested user can track the progress of an application and read project documentation that has been released to the public. The open access section is used by NGO supporters during the stakeholder review periods following submission of validation and verification reports.
To maintain a GS-VER issued credits section for registered users only
In this section carbon market intermediaries can get detailed information about Gold Standard carbon credits on offer in the voluntary offset market and the conditions of sale.
