Standard Forms of Engagement with the Gold Standard
Any party entering into a contractual relationship with the Gold Standard signs a legally binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Foundation. This may involve nothing more than filling in, signing and submitting one of the Foundation's standard engagement forms. If clauses specific to the nature of the engagement are required, these will be incorporated in a separate MoU document to be mutually agreed between the contracting partner and Foundation staff. The following standard forms of engagement are available as PDF downloads. For other types of engagement, contact the secretariat.
