The implications of TUV SUD's suspension by the CDM EB with regards to GS Validation
The implications of TUV SUD's suspension by the CDM EB with regards to GS Validation and Verification are the following:
- TUV SUD may not make any requests for registration with GS.
- TUV SUD may not make any requests for issuance of GS credits or labels.
- GS will accept validation and verification reports from TUV SUD that have a final sign off date that predates the suspension. The sign-off date is defined as the last signature on the reports, confirming that this is the final version.
This news item is valid until TUV SUD's suspension by the CDM EB is terminated.
