Zengamina Mini Hydro Scheme Project, GS ID 355

A 700KW mini hydro scheme is being constructed by the North West Development Trust at Kalene Hills, North-Western province at a site known historically as the Zambezi Rapids. The purpose of the scheme is to provide cheap, clean and sustainable electric power to this remote part of Zambia in the Kalene Hill area of North Western Province of Zambia.
