DOE Workshop Latin America

As part of the Gold Standard's continued effort to recognize excellence in carbon markets, we would like to invite GHG Auditors active in Latin America to the "DOE Workshop Latin America"

This workshop aims to train auditors on the requirements and procedures of Gold Standard. The workshop will focus on the following topics:

·      Gold Standard Eligibility;

·      Sustainable Development Indicators;

·      Monitoring Sustainable Development Indicators;

·      Stakeholder Consultations Requirements;

·      Gold Standard Validation and GS Verification (Reporting, Onsite visit, etc.);

·      How to use the Gold Standard registry; and

·      Presentation of a Gold Standard case study.

This workshop is open and free of charge. However, participants will have to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses. We have negotiated a discounted room rate for this workshop at the Veneto Hotel. Lunch will be provided during the workshop to all participants.
